The Motley Spielhaus

The Motley Spielhaus is set to be a brand new space next to Victoria Market in the city. It is made up of two main areas both adjoining a large courtyard where patrons can get a drink and nibble on fresh produce direct from the market. There is one blackbox performance area projected to seat around 40 whilst offering maximum flexibility to the artist, and a dynamic, intimate experience for audiences. Next door it is serviced by a gallery/bar area where we will have small music performances in the evenings. This space is still in the making and Melbourne Fringe will be its first big foray into the live performance scene.
